Coach Erin is from Virginia and spent many years playing softball (and baseball)! She played softball through high school, earning many honors along the way, and continued playing softball through her adult years – for club and recreational teams. She also grew up competing in field hockey and played at the College of William and Mary.
After graduating from William and Mary, she attended the University of Richmond School of Law. She is a practicing attorney.

Coach Dan grew up in Minnesota playing travel baseball, learning/playing every position on the field, his favorite was third base and catcher. Fun fact, in 8th grade, he was asked to pitch a game and threw a no-hitter, also thus ending his stellar pitching career. He has coached at Tuckahoe LL where his passion for softball began leading his teams to two consecutive Championships. He also helps coach basketball/baseball for his boys and enjoys watching them both swim competitively. His oldest son, at home, just started tackle football and hopes to make it to the NFL one day...He waves to his wife Cary as they pass each other driving someone to practice. Go Hokies!
